*** We are pleased to offer the author who submits the paper a Presenter Discount, which applies once per paper and once per author. That is, it applies once to an author who presents multiple papers and once to a paper having multiple authors.

Registration fee includes:
- Admittance to all paper presentations
- Access to the Innovation Hub, including the sponsor booths, and more.
- Sunday evening opening session
- Meals: Sunday dinner, Monday continental breakfast, Monday lunch, Tuesday continental breakfast, and Tuesday lunch
- Monday evening networking event
Pre- and post-conference training classes are an additional fee.
$Daily Rate vs. Regular Registration:
Regular Registration includes access to all 3 days of conference content: presentations, entertainment, and meals. Daily Rate applies to specific dates only and includes only the lunch meal of that day. Daily Rate attendees will not be permitted to attend the evening keynotes or entertainment/socials – this is meant to promote safe travel for a one-day conference style attendee.
Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for the following:
- All social events and meals: $200
Guests will not receive conference materials and are not permitted to attend paper presentations or enter the Innovation Hub.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made no later than October 30, 2026. After that date, registration can be transferred to another individual if the original registrant can no longer attend. No cancellations will be accepted after October 30, 2026. Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar at
