Registration fee includes:
- Admittance to all paper presentations
- Access to the Innovation Hub, including the sponsor booths, and more.
- Meals: Monday continental breakfast, Monday lunch, Tuesday continental breakfast, and Tuesday lunch
- Sunday evening opening session and dinner
- Monday evening networking event
Pre- and post-conference training classes are an additional fee.
Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for the following:
- All social events and meals: $200
Guests will not receive conference materials and are not permitted to attend paper presentations or enter the Quad.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made no later than September 19, 2025. After that date, registration can be transferred to another individual if the original registrant can no longer attend. No cancellations will be accepted after September 19, 2025. Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar at
