Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar, Craig Wildeman at
MWSUG.Registrar@gmail.com. Our cancellation policy requires a $50
cancellation fee to cover the cost of credit card processing. This fee will be retained from the cost of your
registration. All refunds will be issued via the exact same credit card you used to pay for the conference.
For example, if your registration was $385, then you will be refunded $335 to the same credit card on which you
paid the $385. All cancellation requests must be made prior to September 12th, 2009. No cancellations will
be accepted after September 12th, 2009. Registrations can be transferred to another individual if someone can
no longer attend without being charged the $50 fee.
